In February, I’ll be heading to the mountains with Jaime Hepburn and Jess Hearn for a two-week residency at Hotel Schwarzschmied in South Tyrol.

Across the residency we’ll be guiding a daily rhythm of yoga, pilates and intuitive movement — morning flows, steady strengthening sessions, slower sequences that invite you to listen in. Stepping away from the pace of London and into a slower, more natural cadence feels important. A chance to stretch the days out. To move with attention. To rest properly.

‘The Softening’ Day Retreat

As autumn deepens, join Jade and Ochre for a co-led retreat blending energising yoga and pilates, grounding outdoor time and deeply restful practices. Expect a little more fire in the morning — a dynamic flow to help you land in your body and clear the week — followed by long savasana and a home-cooked vegetarian lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll head out for a walk through open fields and soft skies, then return for tea, snacks and a slow, Reiki-infused restorative practice to close the day. This retreat is a balance of energy and ease — space to move, space to rest, and space to just be. A day to reset before the darker months, and reconnect to your rhythm in good company.

Take a day for yourself in the beautiful Hampshire countryside — a chance to slow down, move gently and reset before the pace of autumn picks up. Enjoy a calming blend of slow yoga, supportive pilates, restorative practices with Reiki, a grounding walk and time to reflect and set intentions for the season ahead. A nourishing seasonal lunch, snacks and plenty of tea will be provided throughout the day. This day retreat is about simplicity, space and steady movement — a quiet pause to ease out of summer and into autumn feeling refreshed and ready.
