Ochre is a London-based yoga and pilates teacher with over seven years of teaching experience, offering classes in studios, corporate settings, and 1:1 sessions. She is also the Studio Coordinator at Basic Space.

Ochre’s classes offer a thoughtful balance of focused strength and considered movement, designed to support you in meeting your body where it is today. With a diverse background as a yoga teacher, a foundation in dance and choreography, and dedicated training in pilates, Ochre brings an inviting and creative approach to movement.
