Ochre is an Edinburgh-based yoga and pilates teacher with over seven years of experience, teaching in studios, workplaces, and one-to-one settings. She is also the Studio Coordinator at Basic__Space in London.
Ochre’s classes offer a thoughtful balance of focused strength and considered movement, designed to support you in meeting your body where it is today. With a diverse background as a yoga teacher, a foundation in dance and choreography, and dedicated training in pilates, Ochre brings an inviting and creative approach to movement.
