Join us this October for a long weekend of yoga, pilates, meditation, fresh air and nourishing food in the heart of the Hampshire countryside.
As the season shifts, it invites a slower pace. A chance to move with more care and attention, to eat with the season, and to step away from the noise and settle into something more steady.
Across the weekend, I’ll be teaching pilates and preparing our meals, alongside Em Thomson and Fay Goodman, who will guide daily yoga, yin and workshops. The retreat is open to all, with thoughtfully paced classes that prioritise breath, alignment and depth over intensity.
Meals will be seasonal and vegetarian - simple, considered and nourishing - designed to support both movement and rest, and shared together around the table.
